Ingredients

  • 4 soft flatbreads or wraps
  • 240ml HORMUZA Layered Spiced Tomato Sauce
  • 300g cooked fillings (choose one or mix): spiced chicken strips, grilled steak strips, or sautéed mushrooms & peppers
  • 1 small head of lettuce or cabbage, shredded
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

Optional extras

  • Greek mayo or yogurt sauce
  • Pickled onions or jalapeños
  • Lemon or lime wedges

Method

    Warm the wraps

    Heat flatbreads in a dry pan or oven until soft and pliable.

    Heat the filling

    Warm your chosen filling in a pan. Stir in 120ml HORMUZA Layered Spiced Tomato Sauce and cook gently for 2–3 minutes until glossy and hot.

    Build the wraps

    Lay each wrap flat. Add lettuce, crispy filling, onion and tomatoes.

    Finish with Hormuza

    Fold & serve

    Roll tightly, squeeze with fresh lemon or lime, and serve immediately.
