HORMUZA is a Modern British sauce brand created by Sauce Factor. We craft distinctive, flavour-forward sauces using globally inspired ingredients and techniques, developed and made in Britain.
All HORMUZA sauces are made in the UK in controlled, small-batch production.
We build flavour in layers. Our recipes are developed through deliberate, multi-stage cooking processes that create depth, balance and consistency in every bottle. Each sauce has its own character, with intent behind every step.
Heat is important, but flavour comes first. We offer a range of heat levels across our sauces, from Mild to Extra Hot, so you can choose the right one for you.

We currently offer two distinct styles: • Layered Spiced Tomato Sauce – rich, savoury, built in layers. • Fermented Chilli Sauce – bright, tangy and fermented for natural depth.
Layered Spiced Tomato uses a tomato base and a staged cooking process to build deep, rounded flavour. Fermented Chilli Sauce uses fermented chillies for brightness, complexity and natural depth of flavour.
